To ensure a smooth and transparent collaboration, the following guidelines outline my standard workflow, delivery timelines, licensing terms, and payment policies. These details help establish clear expectations and create a seamless experience for both parties.
Content Timeline
Each collaboration is carefully planned to ensure every piece of content meets my creative and quality standards.
Upon receiving your product:

Creative planning: 3–5 business days

Content creation, editing, and delivery/publication: within 2–3 weeks

For product launches or time-sensitive campaigns, earlier deadlines may be accommodated when arranged in advance.
Content Approval
Content is created in my signature style and does not require pre-approval before publication.
Content Delivery
All deliverables are supplied edited, high-resolution files optimized for their intended use.
Available export formats include:

Alternative export sizes may be provided upon request.
Editing Policy
All delivered content reflects my signature editing style and visual identity.
Images and videos may not be altered, recolored, retouched, or otherwise modified without my prior written consent.
Should alternative edits be required, they can be commissioned separately.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the collaboration fee includes:

Licensing Terms
Unless a separate agreement is made, licensed content may be used by the brand for 3 months from the date of publication.
Extended licenses are available.

Exclusivity
Exclusivity is not included in standard campaign pricing.
If you would like me to refrain from working with competing brands, exclusivity can be arranged for an additional fee based on the duration and category.
PAYMENT TERMS
50% deposit is required before production begins.
Remaining balance is due before final delivery or scheduled publication.
Payment terms: Net 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment method: Bank Transfer
CREATOR CREDIT
Whenever content is published, @kitrysha must be visibly tagged and credited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
AI Clause
My content may not be used for AI training, synthetic media generation, or machine learning purposes without my prior written consent.
